Apex process oils are colorless and non-sulfur paraffinic process oils refined at a high level, processed with hydrogen. These are highly saturated oils
which do not contain aromatic substances and polar components. Process soils are recommended for process oil applications where color stability, low
volatility and low sulfur levels are required. These high refined oils are ideal oils used in rubber, elastomer, plastic and adhesive production.
It is used in synthetic and natural rubber production, automotive tire, gasket, automotive spare parts and adhesive production and many more applications
as extender and plastic maker.
Oil additives are also used to carry textile aids, leather and fur process oils, foam cutters, paints, etc. Apex process oils have undergone a good refining
process in order to obtain a stable product. Sulfur content and color of the oil can vary based on viscosity class. This oil with paraffinic properties has a
higher flash point compared to naphthalic oils. However, high anillin point and fluidity point reduces its resolving power.
